1. Browse and select products

Search or filter products

Use the search bar at the top to enter keywords, or browse products by category via the menu on the left (e.g., "Men's clothing," "Electronics," "Home goods," etc.).

View product details

Click on the product image or name to go to the details page, where you can view:

  • Price (VAT included)
  • Size/color/specification options
  • Stock availability

Add to cart

After selecting the desired options, click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping or click "View Cart" to proceed to checkout.

2. Check the cart

In the cart page, you can:

  • Change the quantity of products
  • Delete products
  • See the total (amount of products, shipping costs, taxes)

Click "Proceed to Checkout" to begin the checkout process.

3. Fill in the delivery

Registered users can log in to their account to autofill their previous address information. New users can choose "Buy as a guest", without the need to register.

Fill in the shipping address

Enter the complete delivery information, including:

  • Name
  • Full address (street, door number)
  • Zip code
  • City
  • Country (default, UAS country)
  • Phone number (for logistic notifications)

Note: All information will be stored securely in accordance with the GDPR regulation and used only for the fulfilment of the order.

4. Choose Payment Method

We accept various international credit card payment methods to ensure a secure and fast transaction:

Accepted Payment Cards: Visa, MasterCard

Payment Process:

Select "Credit Card Payment"

Enter the following information:

  • Card number
  • Name of the holder
  • Expiration Date (Month/Year)
  • Security code (CVV, located on the back of the card)

The system will perform identity verification via 3D Secure (such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard Identity Check) to enhance security.

Note: All payment information is transmitted securely via SSL and is not stored on our servers. Some banks may perform additional verifications for international transactions, please ensure that your card is enabled for international payments.

5. Confirm Order

Before submitting the order, you will see a full summary, including:

  • The list of products and their prices
  • The delivery address
  • The delivery method and associated fees
  • Payment method
  • The total amount (incl. VAT)

Read and agree to the "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" and then click "Confirm and Pay" to complete your order.

6. Order Confirmation and After-sales

Once the payment has been made, you will be redirected to the "Order Confirmation" page and will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Order tracking

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account in "My Orders", or by clicking on the link provided in the email to track your package in real-time.
